Spark Up! is an internal engagement page designed to foster a positive workplace culture. It enables employees to celebrate each other’s achievements while sharing constructive feedback, sparking both recognition and continuous improvement across the company
As an iteration of the project, we reached a consensus on the reasons for iteration and the target users through co-design discussions with the product team

01/ Increase Engagement: Star Redemption
Employees are encouraged to give “likes” to colleagues whose actions align with company values. Stars are awarded based on these behaviors—each like received or given earns one star. Accumulating a certain number of stars allows employees to redeem them for a reward
02/ Leaders’ Engagement: Stars Square
To more intuitively showcase the content for which employees received likes, we designed a display area that presents all liked entries.
03/ Feedback Motivation: Anonymous Feedback & Issue Zone
To ensure employees feel comfortable providing feedback, we clearly indicate that submissions are anonymous, protecting their privacy. In addition, we created a dedicated issue zone where HR selects topics for employees to focus their feedback on
